摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立测定多维钙颗粒中维生素B_1及维生素B_2含量的反相离子对高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法。方法色谱柱:Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:以0.4%己烷磺酸钠(含0.5%三乙胺,磷酸调节p H至5.5)-甲醇(80∶20,V/V),流速:1.0 m L·min~(-1);检测波长:266 nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:20μL。结果维生素B1的线性范围为2.523~25.23μg·m L~(-1)(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为100.31%(n=9),RSD为0.87%;维生素B_2的线性范围为2.541~25.41μg·m L~(-1)(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.73%(n=9),RSD为0.69%。结论该方法简单准确,重复性好,可用于多维钙颗粒的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of vitamin B_1 and vitamin B_2 in Duoweigai granules. METHODS The column was Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18)( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was 0.4% sodium hexanesulfonate( include 0.5% triethylamine,adjust p H to 5. 5 by phosphoric acid)-methanol( 80 ∶ 20,V/V) and with a flow rate of 1.0 m L·min~(-1).The detection wavelength was 266 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃,and the injection volume was 20 μL.RESULTS The standard curve of vitamin B_1 was linear in the range of 2.523-25.23 μg·m L~(-1)( r= 0.999 8). The average recovery was100.31% with RSD of 0.87%( n = 9); The standard curve of vitamin B_2 was linear in the range of 2.541-25.41 μg·m L~(-1)( r= 0.999 9).The average recovery was 99. 73% with RSD of 0. 69%( n = 9). CONCLUSION This method is simple with high accuracy and reproducibility,which can be used in the quality control of Duoweigai granules.
