乐脉滴丸制备工艺研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的优化乐脉滴丸的制备工艺。方法以药液的保温温度、药物与基质的最佳配比、滴速为主要考察因素,以滴丸的成型、圆整度、重量差异为筛选指标,采用正交试验法优选制备工艺条件。结果以PEG4000为基质、基质与药物的配比为3∶1、料温(95±2)℃,滴速为35滴/min,4℃的液状石蜡为冷却剂进行制备。结论采用实验筛选出的滴丸成型工艺条件制成的滴丸,符合滴丸剂的质量标准,工艺设备简单,操作方便。
Objective To optimize the preparation process of Lemai drop pills. Method The process was studied by the round and the weight deviation of Lemai drop pills as the evaluation quota to decide the best dropping condition. The evaluated preparation factors were the temperature of mixture, the dropping speed of drop pills and the formulation ingredients. Orthogonal experimentation was used to select the dropping conditions. Results The optinized preparation conditions were as follows:PEG4000 was optimal bases, optimal bases and drugs is 3∶1, temperature of mixture is 95±2 ℃, dropping speed is 35 drop/min, 4 ℃ of Liquid Paraffin is optimal refrigerant. Conclusion The drop pills under the optimited preparation conditions good quality. This prearation method is simple,convenient and can be handled easily.
