摘要(Abstract):
目的 观察 6种中药注射液与不同输液配伍后的微粒情况。方法 利用注射液微粒分析仪测定 6种中药注射液分别与5 %葡萄糖、0 .9%氯化钠注射液配伍后的微粒。结果 混合液中≥ 2 μm、≥ 5μm、≥ 1 0 μm的不溶性微粒均有显著性增加。 结论 中药注射液与输液配伍后的微粒数不容忽视
To investigate the effect of mixing six kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections with two kinds of transfusion fluid on production of particles. Methods Using ZWF 4DII particle counter to detect the amount of particles after mixing six kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections with 5%glucose injection and 0.9%sodium chloride injection. Results The mixture′s particles of ≥2μm?≥5μm?≥10μm increased obviously. Conclusion It should not be neglected the amount of particles after traditional Chinese medicine injection mixed with transfusion fluid.
