十味龙胆花颗粒治疗慢阻肺疾病急性加重期的疗效及机理研究Clinical Efficacy and Mechanism Study of Shiwei Longdanhua Granula on The Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary disease

摘要(Abstract):
目的观察十味龙胆花颗粒联合抗生素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(痰热壅肺证)的临床疗效及对患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)的影响。方法将70例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(痰热壅肺证)患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。对照组给予常规西医抗生素治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加服十味龙胆花颗粒,两组疗程均为10 d,观察两组患者的临床疗效,并检测两组患者治疗前后的血清hs-CRP、PCT水平。结果治疗10 d后两组患者的临床症状及血气指标均较治疗前改善,且治疗组均显著优于对照组;治疗组治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血清hs-CRP及PCT均较治疗前下降,但治疗组比对照组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论十味龙胆花颗粒联合抗生素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(痰热壅肺证)患者,在疗效、改善临床症状及控制感染方面优于单一的西医抗生素常规治疗。
To observe the clinical efficacy of Shiwei Longdanhua Granula combined with antibiotics on the patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD)( phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome). METHODS Totally 70 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD( phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome) were randomly divided into the treatment group( 35cases) and the control group( 35 cases). Both two groups received conventional antibiotics therapy,while the treatment group was additionally treated with Shiwei Longdanhua Granula,with a 10-day course of therapy. The clinical effect,changes of hs-CRP and PCT level in blood serum were evaluated in all of the patients. RESULTS After 10 days treatment,the clinical symptom and blood-air index were improved in both two groups. The total efficiency rate in the treatment group was significant higher than the control group( P<0. 05). The levels of hs- CRP and PCT of both groups were remarkably reduced after treatment,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group( P<0.05). CONCLUSION Shiwei Longdanhua Granula adding to conventional antibiotics therapy significant improved clinical efficiency in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD.
