摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨临床药师对老年住院糖尿病患者血糖控制和用药依从性的影响。方法将200例2型糖尿病老年患者随机均分为2组,在常规治疗的基础上,观察组另由临床药师提供用药教育和指导,治疗时间为2周。2周后对2组患者的空腹(FPG)及餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、不良事件(ADE)发生率、用药依从性、患者满意度等指标进行对比。结果与对照组相比,观察组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c显著下降(P<0.01),用药依从性明显提高(86%vs 75%,P<0.05);观察组患者对药学指导过程满意度显著提高(P<0.01),ADE发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论临床药师为老年糖尿病患者提供药学服务,使患者用药的依从性、满意度、ADE发生和血糖控制都得到了明显改善。
Objective To explore influence of clinical pharmacist intervention on blood glucose control and medication compliance in the elderly diabetic inpatient.Methods 200 type 2 elderly diabetes patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,observation group and control group,100 cases in each group.Patients of the observation group were served by a specialist clinical pharmacist provided medication education and guidance.The control group only accepted conventional inpatient medical services.The treatment time was 2 weeks.After 2 weeks,two groups were measured and compared fasting(FPG) and postprandial 2 h glucose(2 hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),indicators of adverse events(ADE),the incidence of medication compliance,and patient satisfaction.Results Compared to the control group,FPG,2 hPG,and HbA1c of the observation group were decreased significantly(P<0.01).Medication compliance was increased significantly(86% vs 75%,P<0.05).Patient satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).ADE was decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical pharmacists carry out pharmaceutical care for elderly patients with diabetes,make the patient medication compliance,satisfaction,the occurrence of ADE and glycemic control can be significantly improved.
