摘要(Abstract)：

目的评价中枢性性早熟(CPP)女童使用促性腺激素释放激素类似物(GnRHa)后体重的变化。方法回顾性收集2005~2013在本院治疗并进行随访的CPP女童。比较治疗前、治疗6个月、治疗12个月及治疗结束后6个月的体重指数标准差积分(BMI-SDS)。结果 32名CPP女童纳入研究,其中超重12例,体重正常20例,治疗前后BMI-SDS有上升趋势,但是无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 GnRHa治疗CPP会出现BMI波动,但符合正常儿童发育趋势。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the changes in body weight of girls with central precocious puberty( CPP),who were administered with gonadotropin-releasing hormone analog( GnRHa). METHODS Girls with CPP and administered monthly with GnRHa at Zhuhai Maternity and Child Health Hospital in 2005- 2013 were included. The body mass index-standard deviation scores( BMI-SDS) were compared before treatment,6th month treatment,12 th month treatment and 6 months after treatment. RESULTS All of the 32 girls with CPP included in this study,12 of them were overweight. BMI-SDS was on the up trend after treatment without statistical significance( P>0.05). CONCLUSION BMI of girls with CPP was fluctuating in normal development trend after GnRHa treatment.
