摘要(Abstract)：
目的 研究选用高分子材料HPMC制成骨架型硫酸沙丁胺醇缓释片。方法 以正交法对处方进行优选 ,并对优选处方进行验证。结果 优选处方为HPMC -K4M 75mg,预胶化淀粉 1 0mg ,5 %PVP -K30为粘合剂 ,所得成品各项指标均符合设计要求 ,且质量稳定。结论 处方设计可行。
