品管圈活动在降低门诊西药房盘点误差率中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

目的探讨品管圈活动在降低门诊西药房盘点误差率中的应用效果,以提高药房盘点的准确度,规范药品管理,提升医院药事管理水平。方法运用品管圈方法,通过查检2014年1月盘点数据,综合分析得出导致盘点误差的真正原因。针对真因拟定有效对策并实施,再进行效果确认。结果门诊西药房盘点误差率由改善前的22.47%降至改善后的8.27%,达成率为105.97%,进步率为63.20%;BP(Band of Pharmacy)圈的无形成果在解决问题的能力和质量改善手法应用方面均有显著提升。结论品管圈活动有效地降低了门诊西药房盘点误差率,提高了盘点准确度,增强了药师药品管理意识,同时也提升了医院药事管理水平。
OBJECTIVE To explore the application effect in reducing the rate of drug inventory errors in outpatient pharmacy by quality control circle( QCC) activity,so as to enhance the accuracy of pharmacy inventory,regulate drug management and improve the pharmacy management level of the hospital. METHODS The true factors of drug inventory errors were obtained through comprehensive analysis of the drug inventory data from check lists in January 2014 by using the QCC methods. Effective strategies were worked out and implemented according to the true factors,and then the effects were confirmed. RESULTS The rate of drug inventory errors was decreased from 22.47% to 8.27% after improvement. The target compliance rate was 105.97%,and the improvement rate was 63.20%.Intangible outcomes of BP( Band of Pharmacy) circle greatly improved,including problems solution ability and quality improvement methods application. CONCLUSION QCC activity effectively reduce the rate of drug inventory errors in outpatient pharmacy,enhance the accuracy of pharmacy inventory,strengthene the drug management consciousness of the pharmacists,and also improve the pharmacy management level of the hospital.
