头孢呋辛树脂复合物的制备与体外释放研究Preparation and in Vitro Release of Cefuroxime Resinate Complex

摘要(Abstract):
目的制备头孢呋辛树脂复合物,考察药物树脂复合物的体外释放行为。方法采用阴离子交换树脂为载体制备了头孢呋辛树脂复合物,考察离子交换平衡特性和体外药物释放行为。结果头孢呋辛钠和离子交换树脂的反应速率非常快,基本不受反应温度和药物浓度影响;药物树脂复合物可在模拟胃肠液中快速释放。结论头孢呋辛钠可以通过离子交换与阴离子树脂形成头孢呋辛树脂复合物。
OBJECTIVE To prepare cefuroxime resinate complex and investigate its release behavior in vitro. METHODS Cefuroxime resinate complex was prepared by anion exchange resin as carrier.The characteristics of ion exchange equilibrium and drug release in vitro were investigated. RESULTS The reaction rate of cefuroxime sodium and ion exchange resin was quick, which was not affected by reaction temperature and drug concentration.The cefuroxime resinate complex could be released rapidly in simulated gastrointestinal fluid. CONCLUSION Cefuroxime sodium can form cefuroxime resinate complex with anion exchange resin.
