摘要(Abstract)：
目的 通过对我院 1995～ 2 0 0 1年地高辛血药浓度监测结果进行回顾性的统计分析 ,进一步提高我院临床用药水平。方法 采用荧光偏振免疫法 (FPIA)测定地高辛血药浓度 ,使用spss10 .0版统计软件包对数据进行统计。 结果 性别对地高辛血药浓度无显著性影响 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;年龄对地高辛血药浓度有显著性影响 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 地高辛血药浓度监测能为临床实行最佳个体化给药提供可靠的依据
Objective To further improve the level of using the medicine, the retrospective study analyzed the result of the serum digoxin concentration from 1995 to 2001 in this hospital. Methods The serum concentrations of digoxin were determined by the fluorescence polarization immunoassay(FPIA) with TDx and statistical analysis was performed with spss10.0 softpackage.Results Sex had no effect on serum concentration of digoxin( P >0.05).The serum digoxin level in the group above the age of 70y was higher than that in the group under 70y( P <0.05).Conclusion It can offer the dependable basis of giving the best individual project in clinic by digoxin concentration monitoring.
