摘要(Abstract)：

目的考察医院制剂参草妇洁洗剂质量标准提高后的临床疗效。方法通过改进制备工艺,采用薄层色谱法(TLC)鉴别,提高参草妇洁洗剂的质量标准并应用于临床。将480例妇科外阴炎、阴道炎、宫颈炎、赤白带下、外阴瘙痒、皮肤瘙痒、局部感染病症患者随机分为2组。对照组和治疗组分别使用原工艺和改进工艺后制备的参草妇洁洗剂。治疗15 d,观察比较其疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为87.08%,对照组为65.83%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参草妇洁洗剂质量标准提高有利于质量控制,临床疗效更好。
OBJECTIVE To Inspect clinical effects of hospital preparation Shencao Fujie lotion after improved its quality standard. METHODS By improving the manufacturing process and identifying with thin-layer chromatography( TLC),the quality standards of Shencao Fujie lotion were improved and the lotion was applied in clinical. 480 patients of gynecologic vulvitis and vaginitis,cervicitis,leucorrhea with red,vulva itching,itching,local infection disease were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients of the treatment group were given Shencao Fujie lotion after preparation process improved and the controls were given the original lotion,both treated for 15 d. Their clinical effects were observed and compared. RESULTS The total effective rate of treatment group was87. 08%,and that of the control group was 65.83%. There was statistical significance between 2 groups( P<0.05). CONCLUSION Improvement of the quality standards to Shencao Fujie lotion is conducive to quality control. The clinical effect is better as well.
