梅州市常用中药材及饮片中重金属及有害元素的检测Detection of Heavy Metals and Harmful Elements in Traditional Chinese Medicine in Meizhou

摘要(Abstract):
目的对梅州市常用中药材及饮片中砷、汞、铅、镉、铜5种重金属及有害元素的含量进行检测,为安全用药提供参考。方法采用原子吸收法和原子荧光法检测梅州市常用的33批中药材及饮片中5种重金属及有害元素的残留量。结果 33批样品中,1批重金属超标,合格率约为97%。不同品种样品重金属污染差异较大,相同品种不同批次样品之间重金属污染差异也较大。结论所检测的药品中5种重金属及有害元素残留量均在标准规定限度范围内,但差异较大,应加强地方药材中重金属及有害元素残留量的检测。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the situation of heavy metals(As,Hg,Pb,Cd,Cu) and harmful elements in the traditional Chinese medicinal materials and medicinal slices in Meizhou.METHODS Atomic absorption spectrometry method and atomic fluorescence spectrometry method were used to detect the heavy metals and harmful elements among 33 traditional Chinese medicinal materials and medicinal slices in Meizhou.RESULTS Among the 33 batches of samples tested,1 batch exceeded the standard.The heavy metals and harmful elements pollution of different samples were varied,and the content disparity of elements in different batches of same varieties was great.CONCLUSION The residual amounts of 5 heavy metals and harmful elements are within the standard limits,but the difference is great.The detection of heavy metals and harmful elements in the local traditional Chinese medicinal materials should be strengthened.
