摘要(Abstract)：

目的分析治疗前列腺增生症药物的临床应用情况。方法统计珠海市拱北医院2002-2004年治疗前列腺增生症药物的品种、用量、金额、DDD s以及临床应用评价。结果3年来我院治疗前列腺增生症药物品种变化不大,但总的用量有所上升。用量最大的药物为非那甾胺、特拉唑嗪和坦索罗辛等。结论治疗前列腺增生症药物已成为社会需求量较大的一类常用药物,价格亦较贵,有待国产化,以满足患者的用药需求。
Objective To analyze the usage of drugs for therapy benign prostatic hyperplasia(BHP) in my hospital.Methods The BHP drugs used in Gongbei hospital of Zhuhai city during the 2002-2004 period in respect to the amount of consumption,kinds,sum of money of consumption,DDDs and clinical evaluation were investigated.Results Consumption of BPH drugs was increasing in recent years,the major drugs for BPH were Finasteride,Terazosin and Tamsulosin,ect.Conclusion The BPH drugs are common drugs,but price is expensive.
