摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立了HPLC测定盐酸雷尼替丁胶囊的含量。方法色谱柱:HYPERSIL ODS C18柱;流动相:乙腈-0.05 mol.L-1柠檬酸浓液(用三乙胺调节pH3.5)(13∶87);流速:1.0 m l.m in-1;检测波长:314 nm;结果盐酸雷尼替丁在5.0~50.0μg.m l-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.0%,RSD为0.95%(n=6)。结论本法操作简便,快速,准确,重现性好。
A HPLC methods for Determination of Ranitidine Hydrochloride Capsules was established.A HYPERSIL ODS C_(18) column was used with acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L~(-1) Citric Acid(pH was adjusted to 3.5 by Triethylamine)(13∶87) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min~(-1).The detection wavelength was 314 nm.Result The linear rang was 5.0～50.0 μg·ml~(-1),r=0.9999.The average recovery rate was 100.0%,RSD was 0.95%(n=6).Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproductive.
