大剂量尿激酶治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效观察Efficacy evaluation of high-dose urokinase in the treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity

摘要(Abstract)：
目的研究大剂量尿激酶冲击治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床治疗效果。方法对本院28例急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者,采用大剂量尿激酶冲击治疗,治疗过程监测凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)和血纤维蛋白原(Fg)、出血时间(BT)、全血凝固时间(CT)。结果大剂量尿激酶溶栓对CT、Fg、PT的影响较大(P<0.01),对BT、WBC计数无明显影响(P>0.05);冲击治疗组病例临床治愈9例,显效13例,有效5例,无效1例;用药期间未发现出血、低血压等严重不良反应。结论大剂量尿激酶冲击治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成是安全有效的。
Objective To study the efficacy of high-dose urokinase in the treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity(ADVT).Method 28 patients with ADVT were treated by high-dose urokinase,and were inspected PT、TT、APTT、Fg、BT and CT during the treatment.Results High-dose urokinase had effect on CT、Fg and PT(P<0.01),it had not effect on BT、WBC and BPC(P>0.05).In the high-dose urokinase treatment groups,9 patients was fully recovered,13 patients was evidence effect,5 patients was effective,1 patient was ineffective.The adverse reaction was mild,no serious adverse reaction such as bleeding or hypotension was observed.Conclusion High-dose urokinase in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity is safety and effective.
