摘要(Abstract):
目的 研究螺旋藻的化学成分并建立提取方法。方法 采用超临界CO2 分子蒸馏对螺旋藻化学成分进行萃取与分离 ,并对其提取物和蒸出物进行GC MS分析。结果 从超临界CO2 萃取物和蒸出物分别得到 2 0种和 13种化学成分。结论 超临界CO2 分子蒸馏技术对螺旋藻的提取分离是一种先进合理的提取方法
Objective To study the active principles of spirulina and to set up a extraction method. Methods Active principles of Spirulina were extracted by CO 2 supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and separated by molecular distillation (MD). The constituents of extract were analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. Results 20 compounds were identified from extract by SFE and 13 compounds were identified from product of MD. Conclusion CO 2 SFE MD is a extract and analysis method for active principles of spirulina.
