摘要(Abstract)：

目的分析引起我院发生药品不良反应(ADR)发生特点及临床表现,提出药师下临床对药物警示的防范作用,促进临床合理用药。方法采用回顾性调查方法对我院1995年3月13日~2005年10月17日收到的437例ADR报告分别从药物种类、涉及的器官系统、给药途径、报告人及患者年龄等方面进行统计分析。结果437例ADR主要与中药注射剂的质量、静脉给药方式、患者年龄偏大有关;抗微生物药和中药注射剂占ADR的47.59%;ADR最常见表现为皮肤及附件损害;严重的ADR反应不可忽视。结论加强ADR监测是对医疗用药安全的保障。提示临床在使用静脉注射中药注射剂及抗微生物药时要严密监测,有不良反应征兆时及时处理,以免发生更严重的不良反应。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and clinical situation of adverse drug reactions in our hospital so as to promote rational drug use.Method 437 ADR cases had been collected from March 13,1994 to October 17,2005 in our hospital.All the cases were analyzed in respect of drug species,involved organ systems,ways of administration,aspects of reporters and ages of the patients etc.Result Among the 437cases of ADR,the reasons were found to be related to use of antibacterial,the quality of the injection fluid of traditional Chinese medicine,ways of intravenous administration and the older age of the patients.47.59% of the ADR cases was induced by antibacterial and the traditional Chinese medicine.ADR were manifested as skin and local lesion.The severity ADR shouldn't be neglected.Conclusion The strengthening of ADR monitoring can ensure safe medication.It is suggested that ADR monitoring work should be exactly carried out especially when antibiotic and the Chinese medicine injections be used,so as to reduce and avoid the occurrence of more severe ADR.
