摘要(Abstract)：
目的建立肠炎消中小檗碱含量测定方法。方法HPLC,色谱柱为D iamonsil C18;以乙腈-0.01 mo.lL-1庚烷磺酸钠与0.02 mo.lL-1磷酸二氢钾等量混合溶液(用10%磷酸调节pH值3.0)(32∶68)为流动相,检测波长为265 nm。结果小檗碱在0.0744~0.744μg范围内线性良好,相关系数r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.4%(RSD=1.57%)。结论本法快速、准确,重复性好,可用于肠炎消的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of berberine in changyanqing solution.Methods Determination was performed on the Diamonsil C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),with acetonitrile and a mixed solution of equal amount of 0.01 mol·L~(-1) Sodium heptanesulfonate and 0.02 mol·L~(-1) potassium dihydrogen phosphate(pH was adjusted to 3.0 by 10% phosphoric acid)(32∶68) as the mobile phase,and the wavelength was set at 265 nm.Results The linear range of the determination is 0.0744~0.744 μg(r=0.9999),the average recovery was 99.4% with RSD 1.57% for berberine.Conclusion The method was specific,accurate and simple.It may be used for the quality control of changyanxiao solution.
