摘要(Abstract)：

目的　对蛇床子挥发油的促透作用进行探讨。方法　采用离体兔皮用蛇床子挥发油预处理作透皮吸收试验。结果　用 0 .5 %、1%、2 %的蛇床子挥发油预处理兔皮后 ,双氯芬酸钠的渗透系数分别为 0 .0 75 7± 0 .0 12 5、0 .10 46± 0 .0 492、0 .0 997± 0 .0 332mg/ (h·cm2 ) ,都显著高于阴性对照组 0 .0 2 78± 0 .0 0 78mg/ (h·cm2 ) (P <0 .0 1)和 1%的月桂氮酮组 0 .0 488± 0 .0 11mg/ (h·cm2 )(P <0 .0 1) ,但 0 .5 %、1%、2 %的蛇床子挥发油三者之间的促透作用无显著性差异。结论　蛇床子挥发没具有较好的促皮渗透作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of essential oil from Chidium monnieri (L)Cuss on transdermal absorption.Methods The test of transdermal absorption was made by employed rabbit skin which pretreated by essential oil from Chidium monnieri (L) Cuss.Results The accumulated amount of diclofenac sodium was seperately 0.0757±0.0125,0.1046±0.0492 and 0.0997±0 0332mg/(h·cm 2).when the rabbit skin pretreated by 0.5%,1%,2%essential oil from Chidium monnieri (L)Cuss.They were all higer than control group(0.0278±0.0078mg/(h·cm 2), P<0.01) and 1% azone group(0.0488±0.011mg/(h·cm 2), P<0.01) .But no significant difference exist among themselves.Conclution Essential oil from Chidium monnieri (L) Cuss had a better effect for improving the transdermal absorption.
