人参和西洋参染色的快速检测研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的针对人参、西洋参高锰酸盐染色问题提供快速检测方法。方法利用高锰酸盐与过氧化氢发生氧化还原反应的原理,对自加工无染色样品、自制染色样品及染色商品药材进行化学反应鉴别,并运用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定锰元素含量,找出染色前后锰元素含量的差异,验证该方法的准确性。结果在人参、西洋参染色品褐色至深褐色表皮滴加化学试剂Ⅰ后立即产生明显气泡;再加试剂Ⅱ,颜色由深褐色变为黄白色;无染色样品则不产生明显气泡。染色样品与自加工无染色样品锰元素含量差异明显。结论本方法简便快捷,能准确鉴别染色样品,为基层药品监管、打击人参、西洋参非法染色提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish an identification method of illegal dyes of hypermanganate in Panax Ginseng and Panax Quinquelium. METHODS The principle of REDOX reaction between permanganate and hydrogen peroxide was used to identified self-processing and non-dyeing samples, dyeing samples and dyeing commercial drug. And the content of manganese were determined by ICP-MS to find out the difference of dyeing or not for verifying the accuracy of the method. RESULTS After adding chemical reagent Ⅰ in the part of brown to dark brown epidermis of dyed Panax Ginseng and Panax Quinquelium, it were bubbled immediately. Then adding the reagent Ⅱ, the color of dyed Panax Ginseng and Panax Quinquelium wer changed from dark brown to yellow-white. And no dyed samples could not bubbled under adding reagent Ⅰand Ⅱ. The difference of manganese content between the dyed samples and the self-processing no dyed samples were obvious. CONCLUSION The method can quickly and effectively detect the dyed Panax Ginseng and Panax Quinquelium, and provide scientific basis for the grassroots drug supervision to crack down on illegal dyed Panax Ginseng and Panax Quinquelium.
