白芍总苷对不同证型类风湿关节炎患者血清MMPs表达的影响
Influence of Total Glucosides of Paeony on Serum Levels of MMPs Expression in Patients with Different Syndromes of Rheumatoid Arthritis

摘要(Abstract):

目的观察白芍总苷联合甲氨蝶呤治疗不同证型类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法将160例住院及门诊患者辨证分为风寒湿痹型、风湿热痹型、痰瘀凝滞型、肝肾亏损型4个证型。治疗方案为白芍总苷胶囊每次0.6 g,每日3次;甲氨蝶呤片每次10mg,每周1次,口服。连续治疗30 d为1疗程。测定患者血清MMP-1,MMP-3,MMP-8,MMP-13指标,观察临床症状及毒副反应,判定疗效。结果痊愈52例,显效49例,有效35例,无效24例,总有效率85.00%。患者血清MMP-1,MMP-3,MMP-8和MMP-13指标较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.01),风湿热痹型副反应发生率明显低于其余三型(P<0.05)。结论白芍总苷及辨证分型联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎效果显著,值得推广。
OBJECTIVE To observe total glucosides of paeony combined with methotrexate in treatment of different syndromes of rheumatoid arthritis. METHODS A total of 160 patients in hospital were divided into 4 card type such as cold dampness,damp heat stasis,phlegm and blood stasis,cold and heat mixed syndromes. Treatment therapy was paeony total glucosides capsules 0.6 g,3 times a day; Methotrexate 10 mg / time,once a week. Patients were continuous treated for 1 month as 1 course. The levels of MMP-1,MMP-3,MMP-8,MMP-13 in patients serum were determined,the clinical symptoms and toxic side reaction were observed,and its efficiency was determined.RESULTS 52 patients were cured,obverse effective in 49 cases,effective 35 cases,invalid 24 cases,and the total efficiency was 85%. The levels of MMP-1,MMP-3,MMP-8,MMP-13 in patients serum were significantly lower than those of before the treatment( P<0.05),and the occurrence rate of adverse drug reaction in the damp heat stasis group was significantly lower than the other 3 groups( P < 0. 01). CONCLUSION The effect of methotrexate combined with total glucosides of paeony syndrome differentiation in treating rheumatoid arthritis is significant,worthy of promotion.
