摘要(Abstract)：

目的观察弥可保对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果。方法把38例患者随机分为2组,对照组19例在血糖治疗基础上加上维生素B1治疗,治疗组19例在血糖治疗基础上加用弥可保治疗。结果对照组明显改善10.5%,总有效率52.6%,同时治疗组明显改善42.1%,总有效率89.5%。两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论弥可保是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的有效药物。
Objective: To observe the effect of Mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 38 patients are divided into two groups at random,one part is controlling group,another part is treatment group.Controlling group,19 cases in treatment based on blood glucose coupled with treatment of vitamin B1,treatment group,19 cases in treatment based on blood glucose coupled with treatment of Mecobalamin.Results significant improvement in the control group is 10.5%,the total effective rate is 52.6%,while the treatment group improved 42.1%,the total effective rate is 89.5%.Significant difference is between two group(P <0.05).Conclusion Mecobalamin is an effective drug for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
