葡萄糖酸氯己定温敏凝胶的制备及处方研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的设计和制备葡萄糖酸氯己定温度敏感型凝胶,为其局部应用奠定基础。方法优选处方,考察各种附加剂对胶凝温度的影响,调节基质浓度以得到适宜的胶凝温度。结果确定以泊洛沙姆407为基质制备温敏凝胶,得到优化处方为质量分数分别为16.0%的泊洛沙姆407,0.75%卡波姆,2.0%的甘油,3.0%的聚乙二醇400。测得其胶凝温度为(34.5±0.5)℃,凝胶时间为(60±10)s。结论该制备方法及处方稳定可行,能满足牙周缓释给药和注射给药的要求。
OBJECTIVE To design and prepare chlorhexidine gluconate thermo-sensitive gel.METHODS The effects of different additives on gelling temperature were examined,and the appropriate gelling temperature was obtained by adjusting concentration of matrices.RESULTS The thermo-sensitive gel was prepared by using poloxamer 407 as matrix.The optimized formulation for mass fraction includes 16.0% poloxamer 407,carbomer 0.75%,2.0% glycerol,3.0% polyethylene glycol 400.The gelling temperature was(34.5±0.5) ℃ and its gelling time was(60±10)s.CONCLUSION The methods of preparation and the formulation are stable and viable.They can meet the demands of periodontal sustained release medication and injection administration.
