RNAi技术的应用

摘要(Abstract)：
RNA i技术是一种新兴的由外源性或细胞内源性的双链RNA介导的转录后基因沉默技术。通过RNA i技术,目标基因一般可以低表达或完全不表达。目前RNA i技术在基因功能、发育生物学和基因治疗方面的研究有了广泛的应用。
