益智提取物对肾阳虚大鼠的作用Effect of Alpinia Oxyphylla Fructus Extract on Kidney-Yang Deficiency Syndrome Rats

摘要(Abstract)：
目的研究益智对肾阳虚大鼠的作用。方法腹腔注射氢化可的松造成大鼠肾阳虚模型,分别给予益智95%乙醇提物、90%乙醇洗脱物、50%乙醇洗脱物经口给药10 d进行干预,观察大鼠尿量、尿中Na+、K+、Cl-浓度,血浆尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)和四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T4)含量。结果益智提取物对肾阳虚大鼠尿量增多无显著影响(P>0.05),可降低血浆Cr(P<0.01)、升高T4水平(P<0.01)。结论益智可能通过调节血浆Cr、T4水平发挥暖肾作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Alpinia oxyphylla fructus extract on kidney-yang deficiency syndrome rats.METHODS Rats were injected intraperitoneally hydrocortisone to simulate kidney-yang deficiency syndrome and administered orally Alpinia oxyphylla fructus 95% enthanol extract,90% enthanol eluate,50% enthanol eluate respectively once daily. Urine volume were measured; and concentration of Na+,K+and Cl-in urine of rats were detected; BUN,Cr,T3 and T4 in plasma were detected.RESULTS Alpinia oxyphylla fructus extract had no influence on urine volume( P>0.05). However it could reduce( P<0.01) Cr and increase T4( P<0.01) in plasma. CONCLUSION Alpinia oxyphylla fructus' s effect on kidney-yang deficiency maybe through adjust Cr,T4 level in plasma.
