摘要(Abstract):
目的建立测定参麦地黄丸中马钱苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱:Diamonsil C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×200mm,5μm),检测波长:236 nm,流速:1.0 mL·min~(-1),柱温:40℃,进样量:20μL,流动相:四氢呋喃-甲醇-乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液(1∶4∶8∶87,V/V)。结果马钱苷浓度在8.048~40.24μg·mL~(-1)范围内,线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.9%,RSD为1.1%。结论该方法准确、简便,可用于参麦地黄丸中马钱苷的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of loganin in Shenmaidihuang Pills. METHODS The samples were analyzed on a Diamonsil C_(18)( 4. 6 mm × 200 mm,5 μm) column with the mobile phase consisted of tetrahydrofuranmethanol-acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid aqueous solution( 1 ∶ 4 ∶ 8 ∶ 87,V/V) at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min~(-1). The detection wavelength was set at 236 nm,the sample size was 20 μL,and the column temperature was 40 ℃. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear within the range of 8.048-40. 24 μg·mL~(-1)( r = 1.000) for loganin. The average recovery was 99.9%,and RSD was 1.1%.CONCLUSION This method is accurate and rapid,and can be used for the determination of loganin in Shenmaidihuang Pills.
