摘要(Abstract)：
目的了解本院处方点评对处方质量的影响,提高合理用药水平。方法对本院2007-04(处方点评前)和2009-04(处方点评后)同期门诊处方进行质量调查。结果处方点评前后,处方指标中平均用药品种数分别为3.85种和2.87种,抗菌药物使用率分别为50.3%和43.8%,注射剂使用率分别为33.6%和23.6%,书写不合格处方占所查处方比例分别为20.3%和3.9%,不合理用药处方占所查处方比例分别为4.9%和2.1%。结论处方点评对提高处方质量起着重要的作用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of prescription appraisal on quality of prescription,and to improve the use of drug in this hospital.Methods Compare the quality of prescription in the meantime of 2007-04 and 2009-04 in this hospital.Results There are many differences after the prescription appraisal:the average types of drugs'use per prescription was 3.85 in 2007-04 and is 2.87 in 2009-04;the percentage of antibiotic prescribed was 50.3% in 2007-04 and is 43.8% in 2009-04;the percentage of injections prescribed was 33.6% in 2007-04 and is 23.6% in 2009-04;the percentage of irrational prescriptions was 20.3% in 2007-04 and is 3.9% in 2009-04;the percentage of irrational drug use prescriptions was 4.9% in 2007-04 and is 2.1% in 2009-04.Conclusion The prescription appraisal can improve the quality of prescription and the use of drug.
