摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立前列腺素E1乳膏(无菌型)无菌检查方法。方法按《中国药典》2005年版附录无菌检查法项下薄膜过滤法。结果以十四烷酸异丙酯作溶剂,采用薄膜过滤法,可消除基质干扰。结论本品的无菌检查法应修订为薄膜过滤法。
Objective To establish a method of the sterility test of prostaglandin E_1 cream(sterile).Methods The method was based on the membrane filtration of sterility test of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005.Result The membrane filtration avoided interference of media by using isopropyl myristate as solvent.Conclusion The sterility test of prostaglandin E_1 cream should be modified by using the technique of membrane filtration.
