摘要(Abstract):
目的建立叶下珠中多酚类成分的含量测定方法。方法紫外分光光度法。以柯里拉京为对照品,测定波长为272nm。结果在1.9~38μg/ml的浓度范围内柯里拉京的吸光度与浓度的线性关系良好(r=0.9998),加样回收率为96.56%(RSD=2.25%,n=6)。结论本方法操作简便,灵敏度高快速,稳定,重现性好,可以用于控制叶下珠提取液中多酚类成分的含量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of the contents of the polyphenol in Phyllanthus Urinaria L by UV spectrophotometery. Methods The determination was performed by using corilagin standard as control substance, with the wavelength set at 272 nm. Results The absorbency and concentration of corilagin have good linearity in the range of 1.9~38 μg/ml (r =0.9998). The average recovery rate was 96.56% (RSD=2.25%, n=6). Conclusion The method is easy to operate, highly accurate, reproducible and can be applied to determine the content of the polyphenol in Phyllanthus Urinaria L.
