摘要(Abstract):

收集近年来陈皮中主要化学成分及有关质量控制方面的研究成果,对陈皮里主要化学成分包括黄酮类、挥发油类、生物碱类等进行总结,对陈皮的储存时间与成分含量的变化关系进行综述,并对陈皮的质量控制研究发展作出了展望。
Several rencent research achievements including main chemical components and quality control of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium were collected. The main chemical components in Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium reticulate were summarized, such as flavonoids, volatile oils and alkaloids, et. The changing relationship of chemical components and storage time for Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium were explored and to make a prospect for the development of quality control were prospected.
