米诺地尔醇质体和脂质体促绒毛生长作用的研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的观察米诺地尔脂质体和醇质体对小鼠绒毛生长的影响,为米诺地尔醇质体和脂质体的临床研究提供参考数据。方法本文主要考察小鼠毛长、毛重、毛囊数量、真皮层厚度及角质层结构五个参考指标,精确测量毛长与毛重,取小鼠皮肤组织切片并进行伊红法染色,观察其真皮层厚度是否存在差异,记录毛囊数,采用傅里叶衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)技术,讨论不同剂型对小鼠角质层结构的影响。结果米诺地尔脂质体组小鼠最早长出毛发,其次为米诺地尔醇质体组小鼠、米诺地尔酊剂组小鼠,最后为阴性对照组小鼠,并且米诺地尔脂质体组小鼠的新生毛发的长度及最终毛重、毛囊数量和真皮层厚度都高于其他组,存在显著性差异。结论米诺地尔脂质体促毛发生长作用最为明显,米诺地尔酊剂与米诺地尔醇质体促毛发生长作用差异不明显。
OBJECTIVE The effect of minoxidil liposomes and minoxidil ethosomes on hair growth of mice are observed and provided the reference data for the clinical study. METHODS Five indexes,of length of hair,weight of hair,the number of hair follicles,dermal thickness and structure of horny layer were selected to evaluate the effect. Length and weight of hair were measured accurately. The difference of the thickness of mice dermis was observed,the number of hair follicles was recorded after taking the mice skin biopsy-and staining in eosin. ATR-FTIR was used to reflect the effect of different dosage forms on mice's horny layer. RESULTS The hair of mice in the minoxidil liposomal group grow earliest,and the group of minoxidil ethosomes,the group of minoxidil tincture,the group of the negative control are followed. In addition,the new hair length,the final gross weight,the number of hair follicle and thickness dermis of the mice in the minoxidil liposomes group were higher than other groups,and there were significant differences.CONCLUSION Minoxidil liposomes have the most prominent effect on promoting hair growth,minoxidil tincture and minoxidil alcohol plasmid not have obvious effect.
