五指毛桃抗炎镇痛及对急性肝损伤的保护作用研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的探讨五指毛桃水提液的抗炎镇痛及对急性肝损伤的保护作用,为临床运用提供依据。方法用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加来观察其抗炎作用,用醋酸腹腔注射致小鼠扭体和热板法来观察其镇痛作用。分别用50%的乙醇和0.1%CCl4造成肝损伤模型,观察药物对急性肝损伤的保护作用。结果五指毛桃水提液均能够明显抑制二甲苯所致的耳肿胀及醋酸引起的腹腔毛细血管的增加,能够明显减少醋酸所致的小鼠扭体次数,提高小鼠痛阈。能够降低模型小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)含量。结论五指毛桃水提液具有良好的抗炎镇痛和保护肝功能作用。
Objective To explore the anti-inflammation and analgesia effect of Radix Fici Hirtae aqueous extract, and its protection effect on acute liver injury. Methods The models of mice ear edema were induced by xylene, and the vascular permeability increase mice models were induced by acetic acid. Those models were used to observe the anti-inflammation effect of Radix Fici Hirtae. The analgesic effect was observed by using pain models induced by heat plate and acetic acid induced writhing. The model of liver injury was prepared with 55% alcohol and 0.1% CCl4, to observe its protection effect on acute liver injury. Results Radix Fici Hirtae aqueous extract could significantly inhibit the inflammatory edema caused by xylene and acetic acid, distinctively reduce the writhing times in mice, and obviously improve the mouse's pain threshold. It could also decrease the content of ALT and AST in the serum. Conclu-sion Radix Fici Hirtae has obvious effect on anti-inflammati, analgesia, and protective effect on liver injury.
