摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立测定百安洗液中苦参碱含量的方法。方法采用岛津LC-20A高效液相色谱仪,以氨基键合硅胶为填充剂,以乙腈-无水乙醇-3%磷酸溶液(84∶10∶6)为流动相,检测波长为220 nm,流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温为20℃;进样量10μL。结果苦参碱在0.128 3~1.282 5μg(r=0.999 9)的范围内呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.87%,RSD=0.54%(n=6)。结论本方法快速准确、可靠,可用于百安洗液的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Matrine content in Baian washing lotion.METHODS HPLC was performed on Alltima NH2 column using acetonitrile-ethanol-3% phosphoric acid( 84 ∶ 10 ∶ 6) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. 0 m L / min. The detection wavelength was 220 nm. The column temperature was 20 ℃. The sample loaded amount was 10 μL. RESULTS The linear ranges of matrine was 0.128 3- 1.282 5 μg( r = 0.999 9),the average recovery rate was98.87% and RSD was 0.54%.CONCLUSION The method is fast,accurate,reproducible,and it can be used for the quality control of Baian washing lotion.
