摘要(Abstract):
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定巴戟口服液中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量。方法以乙腈水(20∶80)为流动相,大连依利特ODS(2)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为固定相,流速为1ml/min,检测波长为320nm。结果2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的测定在0.004264~0.1066mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97·9%,RSD为1.3%。结论方法简单、灵敏、快速,可用于巴戟口服液中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量测定。
Objective To develop a HPLC method for the assay of 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-gLucoside in baji koufuye. Methods Separation was performed on a ODS(2) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile:water(20∶80,v/v). The flow rate was 1 ml·min~ -1 . The UV detector wavelength was set at 320 nm. Result 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside had a good linear relation-ship in the range of 0.004264~0.1066 mg/ml, the average recovery was 97.9% with RSD 1.3 %. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and rapid and it can be applied to determinate the content of baji koufuye.
