不同干燥方法下的穿心莲质量稳定性研究Stability Study of Andrographis Herba Under Different Drying Methods

摘要(Abstract):
目的比较不同干燥方法对穿心莲质量的影响,优选穿心莲最佳的干燥方法。同时考察穿心莲在长期试验与加速试验下质量的变化情况,为药材的贮存有效期的制定提供有效的参考。方法采用不同方法对新鲜采收的穿心莲进行干燥处理,测定各样品中穿心莲外观质量与内在质量,比较其差异;将样品在接近实际贮存条件下与在加速试验温度(40±2)℃,相对湿度75%±5%条件下贮藏,观察测试样品的外观质量和内在质量变化,根据考察结果,确定样品的有效期。结果采用50℃烘干法干燥的质量最好,其次为晒干、80℃烘干法,阴凉晾干的质量最低,而在长期试验与加速试验下,穿心莲的外观质量和内在质量较稳定,数据显示变化很小。结论综合实际生产情况,从成本、成分含量和实用性综合分析,可采用50℃烘干法代替自然晒干。另外根据稳定性试验结果,建议药材可在常温条件下储存6个月内使用。
OBJECTIVE To comparison effect in different drying method on Andrographis herba quality,so as to select the best drying method. To examine the change of Andrographis herba quality in the long-term stability test and accelerated stability test at the same time,so as to provide effective reference for establishing an expiry date for storage. METHODS Different methods were used to dry the fresh Andrographis herba,and the appearance properties and inherent quality of each Andrographis herba sample was determined and compared. Then the samples were stored in the real condition and the accelerated test condition with( 40±2) ℃ and 75% ±5% RH,and the expiry date for storage was established according to the result of the appearance properties and inherent quality of test samples.RESULTS The optimal conditions of drying was drying at temperature of 50 ℃,next came in the natural condition,then at the temperature of 80 ℃,drying in cool condition was the worst drying method with the worst quality. However,the appearance properties and inherent quality of Andrographis herba was relatively stable in the real condition or in the accelerated test condition. Data changed very little. CONCLUSION According to the actual situation,and combined with the cost,component content and practicability,Andrographis herba should be dried at the temperature of 50 ℃ instead of drying in the natural condition. In addition,according to the results of stability test,Andrographisherba is recommended to store for 6 months under the condition of normal temperature.
