摘要(Abstract)：
目的 测定腰息痛胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚含量。方法 样品用甲醇超声波一次性提取后 ,用 2 0 %甲醇稀释 ;采用HPLC法 ,以HypersilC18(BDS)为色谱柱 (2 0 0mm× 4.6mm) ,以甲醇 水 (2 0 ∶80 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 49nm。结果 对乙酰氨基酚添加回收率为 98.1% ,RSD为 0 .9% (n =5 ) ;检测限 (S/N =3)为 3.6× 10 -11g。结论 本法样品前处理简便 ,选择性强 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好
Objective To determine paracetamol in Yaoxitong capsules . Methods The samples were extracted with methanol, an RP-HPLC was conducted with a Hypersil-BDS C 18 (200mm×4.6mm)column, methanol -water(20∶80) as mobile phase, 249nm as detection wavelengths . Results The recovery of Paracetamol was 98.1%, corresponding RSD (%) was 0.9(n=5). The detection limits(S/N=3) was 3.6×10 -11g. Conclusion This method is convenient, selectivie sensitive,and reproducible for operation.
