喹诺酮类药物的合理使用分析和发展趋势Rational Use and Develop Tendency of Quinolones

摘要(Abstract)：
目的通过对广州医学院第二附属医院住院部5万例处方中喹诺酮使用情况的分析,探讨喹诺酮类药物的合理使用和发展趋势。方法以新编药物学(第16版)规定的日剂量为准,该文献未收载的以药品说明书为准计算各药的约定日剂量(DDD),药物利用指数(DUI)。同时对每个处方中喹诺酮类药物的用量、联用等进行综合分析,并对各个病区喹诺酮类用药量和用药量与总用药量进行分析比较。结果共查处方50811张,其中喹诺酮类处方2838张,喹诺酮类处方总量占抗菌药物处方总量的17.82%,占查处方总量的5.59%;喹诺酮类单用和二联使用占98.48%,三联及以上使用者占1.51%。结论我院喹诺酮类使用率不高,喹诺酮类联合使用总体较好。随着新的喹诺酮类抗菌药的不断问世,其耐药性与不良反应的报道日渐增多,如何合理地使用这类药物应引起重视。
Objective To discuss the rational use and develop tendency of quinolones by analyzing the use of quinolones among 50000 prescriptions of in-patients in the second affiliated hospital of Guangzhou medical college.Methods DDD、DUI that recommend with the new weave pharmacy (16th edition) measures were used as the judgment standard,otherwise DDD,DUI that recommend with the dispensatory measures were adopted for the judgment standard.At the same time,the dosage and the combination application status of quinolones in each prescription was analyzed.In addition,the total number of quinolones and antibacterial agents of each disease section was analyzed,and then they were compared with the overall drug consumption.Results A total of 50811 prescriptions,which included 2838 quinolone prescriptions,and 15923 antibiotic prescriptions were examined.Quinolone prescriptions covered 5.59% of the total prescriptions,covered 17.82% of the antibiotic prescriptions.Single and bigeminal application of quinolones accounted for 98.48%,while triple application and over triple accounted for 1.51%.Conclusion The quinolones application rate is low in our hospital,and the combined application of quinolones is well performed.However,as the new quinolone antibacterial drugs are emerging,and the reports of drug resistance and adverse reaction are increasing,the rational use of such drugs should be taken seriuosly.
