摘要(Abstract)：
目的研究排毒清脂胶囊对大鼠的长期毒性。方法排毒清脂胶囊给药剂量分别为0.35、1.05、3.15 g/kg时,连续静脉滴注给药90 d。结果对大鼠的行为、外观主要脏器心、肝、脾、肺、肾的重量比、肝脏和肾脏功能及血象均无明显影响。结论该药长期服用较为安全,毒副作用不明显。
Objective To study the long-term toxicity of Paidu Qingzhi capsule in rats.Methods Paidu Qingzhi capsule was administrated at 0.35,1.05,3.15 g/kg,ig,and was continual used for 90 d.Results The behavior and appearance of rats,the weight ratio of major organs(heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney),the function and blood of liver and kidney was no significant change.Conclusion The long-term administration of Paidu Qingzhi capsule is safe,and has no side effects.
