摘要(Abstract)：

目的了解广州市惠爱医院精神分裂症患者的抗精神病药物使用情况。方法采用自行设计调查式表格逐一登记,采用统计学方法对2011~2012年该院327例住院患者出院当天的药物使用情况进行分析。结果临床用药以单一用药为主占53.8%,2种抗精神病药物合用占45.0%;3种抗精神病药物合用占1.2%;单一药物应用比例排列前五位是利培酮、奥氮平、氯氮平、阿立哌唑和喹硫平;二联用药以氯氮平+其他抗精神病药物的方案为首,占49.0%,其次是利培酮+其它抗精神病药物,占39.5%;在使用方案中,男性患者使用单一用药的比例较高,而在单药比较中只有氯氮平有显著差异,且女性使用氯氮平多于男性患者。结论多数住院精神分裂症患者抗精神病药物的使用较合理,但不规范用药的情况仍然存在,应该引起重视。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the use of anti-psychotics among schizophrenic inpatients of Guangzhou Hui'Ai hospital.METHODS All data associated with the use of drugs on discharge day among 327 schizophrenic in-patients of Guangzhou Hui'Ai hospital during the period of 2011-2012 were collected by self-developed questionnaire and analyzed by statistical methods. RESULTS Mono-pharmacy of antipsychotics was the major trend in the treatment,which accounted for 53. 8% in total,while double-pharmacy and triple-pharmacy accounted for 45. 0% and 1. 2%,respectively. Five most widely used antipsychotics in mono-pharmacy were risperidone,olanzapine, clozapine, aripiprazole and quetiapine. The treatment proposal of clozapine plus another antipsychotic occupied the first place in double-pharmacy( accounted for 49. 0%),followed by risperidone plus another antipsychotic( accounted for39. 5%). Taking gender into account,mono-pharmacy was more common among male patients. No significant difference of use of specific antipsychotics was observed,except for the use of clozapine,which was significantly more frequent among female patients.CONCLUSION The use of antipsychotics among most schizophrenic in-patients was reasonable. However,irrational drug use could be observed occasionally,which should arise more attention.
