摘要(Abstract)：

目的对女贞子中的齐墩果酸和熊果酸进行含量测定,为女贞子药材的质量评价提供科学依据。方法采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法,同时测定女贞子药材中齐墩果酸与熊果酸的含量。流动相为0.5%冰醋酸-乙腈(10∶90),检测波长为210nm,流速为0.8ml/min;理论塔板数按齐墩果酸计算应>5000,按熊果酸计算应>4000。结果11批次的测试样品中齐墩果酸的含量范围在6.39～13.40mg/g,熊果酸的含量范围在1.68～3.77mg/g。结论经过系统的方法学考察,所建立的测定方法具有操作简便、稳定、专属、可重复的特点,可用于女贞子药材及含女贞子的复方制剂的质量控制。
Objective To develop a method for the determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in different batches of Fructus ligustric lucidi.Methods A RP-HPLC method was developed for the determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid by using Kromasil RP-C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm× 5 μm) column,a mixture of 0.5% trifluoro-acetic acidAcetonitrile (10∶90) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.8 ml /min and detective wavelengths of 210 nm.Results The content of oleanolic acid was ranged from 6.39 to 13.40 mg /g,and ursolic acid was ranged from 1.68 to 3.77 mg /g among the 10 patches of tested samples. Conclusion The established method is simple,stable and repeatable,and can be applied for the quality control of the crude Fructus ligustric lucidi and compound prescriptions contained it.
