摘要(Abstract)：

目的　评价 3种方案治疗下呼吸道感染的药物经济学效果。方法　运用药物经济学成本 -效果分析法对氧氟沙星序贯疗法组 (L1组 )、左氧氟沙星静脉输注组 (L2 组 )、舒巴坦 /头孢哌酮静脉输注组 (L3 组 )三种治疗方案进行回顾性分析评价。结果　无论是治愈率还是有效率 ,L1组的成本效果比均低于L2 组和L3 组。结论　治疗下呼吸道感染疾病 ,L1组为最佳治疗方案。
Objective To evaluate the pharmaceutical economics effect of three methods in treating infection on lower respiratory tract.Methods Evaluate the three treating projects in retrospect by cost effective analysis,including sequential therapy with ofloxacin (Group L 1),vein injection with left ofloxacin(Group L 2),vein injection with sulbactam and cefoperazone (Group L 3).Results The ratio between cost and effective rate was involved.Conclusion The project of Group L 1 was the best one for treating infection on lower respiratory tract.
