九种降糖药物的高效液相色谱分析Analysis of Nine Antidiabetic Drugs by HPLC

摘要(Abstract):
目的建立一种能够同时分离九种降糖药物的HPLC方法。方法Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%乙酸铵(用冰醋酸调pH值为5.0)(70︰30)流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为233nm,进样量为10μl。结果九种物质的分离度都达到1.9以上,重复进样5次,保留时间的RSD都小于0.1%,峰面积的RSD都小于1.68%,回收率较好。结论本方法简单,重复性好,可同时分离9种降糖药物。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for separating nine antidiabetic drugs. Methods Chromatography was performed on Waters Symmetry C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), with a mobile phase of methanol and 0.1% ammonium acetate (adjusted to pH=5.0 with glacial acetic acid) (70~30). The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength was at 233 nm, and the sample size was 10 μl. Results All the 9 kinds of drug exhibited good resolution (r>1.9). RSD of the retention time < 0.1%, RSD of the peak areas <1.68% (n=5). Conclusion This method is simple and has good repeatability.
