牙周病实验动物模型的建立和应用Animal Model Systems for the Study of Periodontitis

摘要(Abstract)：
本文根据牙周病的最新研究进展,探讨在原有的造模方法基础上用改进的实验方法在短期内建立牙周病实验动物模型,用于牙周病病因分析、诊断治疗和经口腔黏膜给药的药理学研究等,也为其它口腔黏膜实验动物模型的建立提供参考。
This paper introduces the recently study of periodontitis,the approach on the modified experimental methods of animal model of periodontitis and the application area of these models.Also,it can be referred for the other animal models of oral mucosa.
