摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立母丁香的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对母丁香进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定母丁香中丁香酚与母丁香酚的含量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,专属性强。丁香酚在0.109~3.27μg范围内线性关系良好,r=1.000;母丁香酚在0.082 1~2.463μg范围内线性关系良好,r=1.000。丁香酚平均加样回收率为98.8%,RSD为0.8%,母丁香酚平均加样回收率为102.2%,RSD为0.9%。结论所建立方法简单、可靠、专属性强、精密度高、重现性好,可以作为控制母丁香质量的方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard of Syzygii Fructus. METHODS TLC method was used to identify Syzygii Fructus,and the contents of Eugenol and bancroftione in Syzygii Fructus were determined by HPLC. RESULTS The identification of TLC was distinct and clear. The qualitative evaluation of Eugenol and bancroftione had a good linearity in the range of0. 109- 3. 27 μg( r = 1. 000); and 0. 082 1- 2. 463 μg( r = 1. 000). The average recovery of Eugenol and bancroftione was 98. 8%( RSD = 0. 8%) and 102. 2%( RSD = 0. 9%). CONCLUSION The established method is simple,reliable,strong specificity,high precision,good reproducibility. It can be used for the the quality control of Syzygii Fructus.
