DELF方案不同给药途径治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察Comparison of various DELF regimens for advanced gastric carcinoma

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :观察顺铂 (DDP)、足叶乙苷 (VP16 )、5 -氟脲嘧啶 (5 -FU)与醛氢叶酸 (LV)组成的DELF方案对晚期胃癌的近期疗效及毒副作用。方法 :2 5例采用DELF方案一组 :DDP10 0mg/d ,d1～ 2 ,腹腔灌注 ,VP16 10 0mg/m2 ·d ,d1～ 3,静滴 ,CF2 0 0mg/d ,d1～ 5 ,静滴 ,5 -FU5 0 0mg/m2 ·d ,d1～ 5 ,静滴 ,每 4周重复。2 4例采用DELF方案二组 :DDP2 0mg/m2 ·d ,d1～ 3,静滴 ,VP16 ,5 -FU ,CF用法同DELF方案一组。结果 :DELF方案一组 2 5例中 ,完全缓解 (CR) 1例 ,部分缓解 (PR) 13例 ,稳定 (SD) 9例 ,进展 (PD) 2例 ,有效率5 6 % ,DELF方案二组 2 4例中 ,CR1例 ,PR12例 ,SD10例 ,PD1例 ,有效率 5 4 2 % (P >0 .0 5 )。两组主要毒副作用为恶心、呕吐和骨髓抑制 ,均为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :两种DELF方案治疗晚期胃癌具有相同的疗效 ,毒性较低。
Objecteve:To observe the therapeutic effect and toxicity of DELF(cisplatin DDP/etoposide VP16/leucovorin LV/fluorouracil 5 FU)regimen for advanced gastric carcinoma.Methods:25cases were treated with DELF1 regimen and 24 cases were treated with DELF2 regimen.Results:In DELF1 regimen group,there was 1 case complete remission(CR),the total response rate(RR) was 56%.In DELF2 regimen,there was 1 case CR,12 case PR,10 case NC and 1 case PD,the RR was 54.2%.( P >0.05).The main toxicity was nausea,vomiting and leucopenia(classⅠtoⅡ)(p>0.05).Conclusion:The effect and toxicity of both DELF regimen groups are the same.
