复方枳实利气丸中重金属及有害元素的测定

摘要(Abstract):

目的建立测定复方枳实利气丸中5种重金属(Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu)及有害元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法。方法复方枳实利气丸经微波消解后,以Ge、In、Bi元素为内标,采用ICP-MS法进行测定。结果检测的5种元素线性关系良好,相关系数r≥0.999 0,各元素的检出限在0.001 0~0.164 7 mg·kg~(-1)之间,回收率在73.3%~95.6%之间,RSD均小于12.0%。结论该方法操作简便,分析速度快,灵敏度高,可用于复方枳实利气丸中重金属及有害元素的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of 5 heavy metals and harmful elements in Fufangzhishiliqi Pill,including Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu. METHODS The samples,digested via microwave,calibrated by internal standard elements,such as Ge,In and Bi,were inlet into ICP-MS to analyze the contents of the 5 heavy metals and harmful elements. RESULTS The 5 element showed the good linearity in the selected concentration ranges( r≥0. 999 0),the detection limits of the 5 elements were in the range of 0. 001 0-0.164 7 mg·kg~(-1),with the average recovery from 73.3% to 95.6%,while their RSD were below 12.0%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of heavy metals and harmful elements in Fufangzhishiliqi pill.
