摘要(Abstract)：
目的 探讨吸烟对抗结核药物性肝损的影响。方法 对比吸烟者和非吸烟者肺结核患者抗结核治疗中出现的药物性肝损率。结果 吸烟组肝损出现率较对照组升高 ,两者存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 提示吸烟可致肺结核患者抗结核药物性肝损出现率升高
Objective To study the impact of smoking on hypohepatia caused by anti tuberculosis drugs.Methods The rate of hypohepatia caused by anti tuberculosis was compared between smoking group and non smoking group of pulmonary tuberculosis.Results The rate of hypohepatia in smoking group was remarkably higher than nonsmoking group (P<0.05). Conclusion Smoking may increase the rate of hypohepatia in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis when they are treated by anti tuberculosis drugs.
