摘要(Abstract)：
目的建立测定舒肝止痛丸中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法并对其质量进行控制。方法色谱柱:Hibar~150-4,6 Purospher~STAR RP-18e(5μm)色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(15∶85),流速:1.0 mL·min~(-1),柱温:25℃,检测波长:230 nm,进样量:5μL。结果芍药苷在0.0495~0.9907μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为99.5%,RSD=1.6%(n=9)。结论该方法操作简便,结果准确,可用于测定舒肝止痛丸中芍药苷的含量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of Paeoniflorin in Shuganzhitong Pills and manage the quality control. METHODS The Hibar~150-4,6 Purospher~STAR RP-18e( 5 μm) chromatographic column was used to separate paeoniflorin with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution( 15 ∶ 85) at 25℃. The speed of flow was controlled at 1.0 mL·min~(-1). The determination wavelength was 230 nm and the injection volume was 5 μL. RESULTS The results showed that the calibration curve of paeoniflorin was correlated well with their contents in the range of 0. 049 5-0. 990 7 μg,and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8. Meanwhile,the detection recovery of standard addition was 99. 5% and relatiue standard deviation was 1.6%( n = 9),respectively. CONCLUSION The method has items of simplicity,accuracy and high efficiency,which is suitable for content determintation of paeoniflorin in Shuganzhitong Pills.
