PBL教学法用于临床药学实习培训的实践探讨

摘要(Abstract):

目的探讨以问题为导向的教学方法(PBL)在临床药学带教中的应用及其意义。方法随机选取2013-06~2014-12到本院药学部进修培训临床药学的基层医院药师及临床药学本科实习生共20人并随机分为实验组(10例)和对照组(10例)。实验组采用PBL教学方法带教,对照组采用传统教学方法带教,比较2种教学方法的应用效果。结果实验组在临床药学思维能力、临床技能和团队协作能力等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法比传统教学模式更能提高学生的积极性,有利于培养符合临床实际工作要求的临床药学人才。
OBJECTIVE To investigate application and significance about problem-based learning( PBL) teaching method in the training of clinical pharmacy.METHODS A total of 20 students which contained pharmacists in primary hospitals and students of clinical pharmacy specialty from June 2013 to December 2014 were selected and divided randomly into experimental group(10 cases)and control group(10 cases).In the experimental group PBL teaching method was used,and in the control group traditional teaching methods were used.The teaching effect of the 2 groups was compared.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the experimental group can improve the formation of clinical pharmacy thought,clinical skills and team cooperation ability(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The PBL teaching method is better than the traditional teaching mode in improving the students' positivity of learning.It helps to cultivate clinical pharmacy talents which conform to the requirements of the clinical practical work.
