摘要(Abstract)：
目的 对四环素软膏薄层色谱鉴别法进行改进。方法 用0.1 mol/L盐酸液,水浴加温提取,冷却后直接点样。结果 避免了盐酸四环素在加热蒸干过程产生降解产物时鉴别结果的影响。结论 方法简单可行,结果准确可靠。
Objective To improve the TLC identification of Unguentum tetracycline. Methods Using 0. 1mol/L hydrochloric acid solution to extract by water bathing, after cooling, using the clear solution as the sample solution directly. Results It can avoid the bypass-production of tetracycline hydrochloride which from evaporating to dryness to influent the result of identification. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reliable.
